SHANIN ALEXEY NIKOLAYEVICH, hereditary honorary citizen, in 1908 he lived in an estate, that was located on Tambov province, Tombov district, Tokarevka railroad station, on the South-Eastern railroad.

Alexey Nikolayevich had a sister Sofia Nikolayevna Shanina.

Approximately in 1910 Alexey Nikolayevich was married to German citizen Evfimia Frantsevna Albrecht (surname left after the first marriage). They gave birth to the following children: Vladimir (1908), Sergey (1909), Evfalia (1910), Petr (1012) and Evfimia (1913).

In 1917 their estate was burnt. The family was sheltered by a priest, who gave them a part of his house. The priest had a daughter, whose name was Klaudia. Evfimia was of the same age with the priest's daughter and they often played together. When Alexey Nikolayevich built a house again (near the priest's house), his family moved to live there.

But in 1929 his family was subjected to repression as the counter-revolutionaries and was exiled to the Solovky. Alexey Nikolayevich died on the way.
